ANNOUNCEMENT
1. We would like to welcome everyone who joins our service. May the Lord bless us all the days of our life! Everybody is invited to join our service every Sunday, as well as other fellowships and activities. After the service, please stay for some refreshments and fellowship in the kitchen area.
2. The funeral service for the late Ms. Berty Tasman will be on Saturday, April 9 at 5:00 PM at Oakhill Memorial Park & Mortuary (Chapel of the Oak).The address is at 300 Curtner Avenue San Jose, CA 95125. Public viewing will be available after the service.
3. Rev. Stephen & Mrs. Esther Hosea are currently in South Africa and Madrid after visiting Fina Linan in Burkina Faso. They will be returning on April 14. Please continue to pray for their ministries & trip.
4. Mission trip to Indonesia (Oematopa Village in Luwuk, Central Sulawesi) will be on August 4 – 8. The activities will be personal evangelism for children and adults, training for the Sunday School teachers, medical assistance and visit to local residence. The cost will be Rp 4.9 million (air ticket from Jakarta to Luwuk, transportation, food, and lodging). If you are interested to join the team, please contact Rev. Stephen Hosea the latest by May 29.
5. Local mission trip to the American Navajo in Nevada will be August 8 – 12. The activities will be personal evangelism for youth and children (VBS), visiting the communities in the reservation area for personal evangelism. For registration or more detail information, please contact Rev. Timotius or Aldo Kurnia.
6. Training for the Bible Study or Small Group leaders will be on Saturday, April 23 & 30 from 10:00 to 3:00 PM at church. The trainers are Pira Tritasavit (from Western Seminary) and our senior leaders of cell groups. We hope all of the small group leaders or anyone who is interested in leading a Bible Study/Small/Cell group to join this training. You can register to Alvin Wijaya, Ferliana Hioe, Glenn Sebastian or Rev. Timotius.
7. There will be a Holy Communion next week. Please prepare your heart and at the same time you may bring your tithe to the Lord that week.
8. There will be a Family Small Group meeting next week at 12:00 PM. Please read the materials and be on time to the class.

PRAYER ITEMS FOR THE WEEK
1. Activities: fellowships (prayer meeting, young adults and east/south bay), small groups and music/choir practices.
2. Growth: in quantities and especially in qualities (character, faith, love and willingness to serve).
3. Members: those who are sick, those who are pregnant (Linna, Veronica & Eva), elderly members, and families with young children.
4. World: conflict in Pakistan, Syria, North Korea, the Middle East, war against terrorist & ISIS, and overall worldwide peace.
5. Government: California, Indonesia, and US (upcoming presidential election).
