ANNOUNCEMENT | |
1. | We would like to welcome everyone who joins our service. May the Lord bless us all the days of our life! Everybody is invited to join our service every Sunday, as well as other fellowships and activities. After the service, please stay for some refreshments and fellowship in the kitchen area. |
2. | Ministry to LifeMoves Homeless Shelter (previously known as InnVision) will be on Saturday, July 2 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM. For those want to join in serving, preparing dinner, praying and sharing with the residence, please contact Rini Hing (rini.hing@gmail.com). |
3. | We will have our church picnic on July 16 at 10:30 AM at Rengstorff Park in Mountain View and would like to invite everybody to join our annual picnic to strengthen our relationship to one another and a chance to invite new friends. 4. | Mission trip to Indonesia (Oematopa Village in Luwuk, Central Sulawesi) will be on August 4 – 8. The registration has closed but we still have few spots for those who want to join. The cost will be Rp 4.9 million (air ticket from Jakarta to Luwuk, transportation, food, and lodging). The activities will be personal evangelism for children and adults, training for the Sunday School teachers, medical assistance and visit to local residence. Please contact Rev. 5. | We would like to invite everybody to join our Summer Bible Study on the book of “Ephesians”, the letter that has been called “the divinest composition of man” and “the distilled essence of the Christian religion” every Tuesday from 7:30 – 9:30 PM. |
6. | Next Wednesday (June 29) is Prayer & Fasting Day (every 5th Wednesday). Prayer Meeting Committee encourages everybody to take part in fasting (full or half day) with the following topics in prayer: the upcoming presidential election, security and economic stability in the US; mission trip to Indonesia and Joni & Friends ministry and the growth of our church in quality as well as quantity. We will break the fasting together at 7:00 PM at church and continued with our prayer meeting. |
