ANNOUNCEMENT | |
1. | We would like to welcome everyone who joins our service. May the Lord bless us all the days of our life! Everybody is invited to join our service every Sunday, as well as other fellowships and activities. After the service, please stay for some refreshments and fellowship in the kitchen area. |
2. | Praise the Lord, the picnic yesterday (July 16) went well. Thank you for your participation and your prayer. |
3. | Due to the comfort and safety of everybody, we ask that you don’t drive your car too fast in the church complex. Thank you for your cooperation. |
4. | The Stephen Tong Evangelistic Rally in Mandarin translated to English with the topic “The Search of Life” will be held on September 16 – 17 at the San Mateo Performing Arts Center, 600 N Delaware Street, San Mateo, CA 94401 at 7:30 PM. On Sunday, September 18, Rev. Tong will be preaching at IEC San Francisco (11:00 AM) in Indonesian. Everybody is invited to attend this event and bring new friends. |
5. | Combined Thanksgiving Retreat (IEC SJ, SF & Sacramento) will be on November 24 – 26 at Redwood Christian Park in Boulder Creek, CA. The topic is “Salt & Light” (Matthew 5:13 – 14). The speaker for the Indonesian speaking is Rev. Dedy Sutendi Ginta and Pastor Helicon Kuan for English speaking congregation. Please set aside time to join this retreat. There will be more detail information coming up in the following week. |
6. | Thank you for your support in prayer for Kiki Rustam, Fonda Jong and Jennifer Idris who have just finished their ministry in Joni and Friends (July 10 – 14). May God continue to use our church as His mission of salvation. The total participants for mission trip to Indonesia (Oematopa Village, Luwuk, Central Sulawesi) on August 4 – 8 is 21. Please continue to prayer for them. |
7. | There will be IEC Alumni Fellowship in Jakarta on July 30 at 6:00 PM lead by Rev. Stephen Hosea at the Priyana (Paskalis) residence.
