ANNOUNCEMENT
1. We would like to welcome everyone who joins our service. May the Lord bless us all the days of our life! Everybody is invited to join our service every Sunday, as well as other fellowships and activities. After the service, please stay for some refreshments and fellowship in the kitchen area.

2. Since there will be Stephen Tong Revival Meeting next Sunday, September 18 and Trinity Choir is invited to perform, we will have a combined service next Sunday.

3. The Stephen Tong Evangelistic Rally will be held on September 16 – 17 at the San Mateo Performing Arts Center. On Sunday, September 18, Rev. Tong will be preaching at IEC San Francisco and will be translated to English (by headphone). There will also be children ministry lead by Mrs. Liliana Brasali. You can look at the detail on the flyer that is posted on the bulletin board and encouraged to take the flyer to invite friends and family.

4. Congratulations to the IEC Azusa – LA that celebrated their 33rd anniversary today. May our faithful God continue to lead His church to become witness for His glory.

5. We will have a combined (English & Indonesian) Thanksgiving Service in order to celebrate our 31st anniversary on September 25. The speaker will be Rev. Stephen Lim from CEM New Jersey. We would like to invite everybody to join the service and to invite friends as well.

6. 1. Thanksgiving Retreat will be on November 24 – 26 at Redwood Christian Park in Boulder Creek, CA. The topic is “Salt & Light”. The speaker for the Indonesian speaking is Rev. Dedy Ginta, Pastor Helicon Kuan for English speaking congregation, Pastor Leo Cailles for youth and Mrs. Esther Hosea for children. 7. The free flu shot by Walgreens will be postponed until October 2 at 11:30 AM at the “disability parking space” in front of the church. You may invite your friends and families to get this shot.

8. The Food Service Committee would like to thank you for your ministry for bringing the refreshment on Sunday. There are still few slots available if you want to donate as thanksgiving consumption (birthday, anniversary, graduation/promotion etc.). Please fill in the form on the bulletin board at the kitchen.

 4. World: conflict in Sudan, Syria, Israel etc., war against terrorist and overall worldwide peace.
 5. Government: California (drought & forest fire), Indonesia (economic growth) and US (presidential election).
