Dear Parents, Students, and Teachers,
Hope you enjoy your Labor day weekend!
KEEPING OUR CHURCH CLEAN
Every September a reminder is sent to help keeping our church as clean as possible. When visitors come to our Church, they receive an impression of who we are as a church community, and we also should remember to
show our thankfulness by keeping our church clean.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR!
RETREAT “NEVER ENDING STEPS” ~ Thanksgiving Day, Nov 27-Nov 29
Did you miss Nimbus Salmon Hatchery last
Thanksgiving? No worries…we will go again this year as November is the BEST month to watch the salmon run which is the time when
salmon, already migrated from the ocean and swim to the natal river where they were born. They use their sense of smell to hone in on the river entrance and even their natal spawning ground. There are hands-on activities for families as they can feed the fish in the various ‘nursery” tanks as they tour the center. Children can follow the growth of the fish from egg to fingerling. Nimbus Fish Hatchery is located at Hazel Avenue in Rancho Cordova, just off Highway 50. So, let your kids enjoy the salmon experience right before going to the retreat!
CHRISTMAS for children at IEC San Francisco on December 21 at

Come and bring your friends and families for this special celebration! Christmas gift is provided for each kid attending the celebration.
