BIBLE VERSE RECITATION<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Every Sunday after class for every verse the children recite, s\/he will receive an Icepop.<\/p>\n

Parents: please help your children to memorize the verses at home. When you help your children memorize their verses, keep in mind that you are helping them learn to treasure God’s Word and make it part of their lives for a lifetime and eternity.<\/p>\n

1)First Sunday is BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION and PRAYING FOR PEOPLE around the world ~ AUGUST 2<\/p>\n

\nHAPPY BIRTHDAY to Maximilan Tan, Kathleen Tjowandi, Kaylin Su, Sophia Comstock, Teacher Regina Jong, Teacher Rini Buntaran, Teacher Maria Joana. The birthday students will receive 200 points which can be
\nredeemed at the next The ARK Store (August 30).<\/p>\n

On this month of Indonesian Independence Day, the students will pray for Indonesian Government. \u00a0http:\/\/bit.ly\/IEC-Children-Pr=aying-for-people-in-the-world<\/a>\u00a0 The students can choose between Red Jello and White Pudding for their goodie bags.<\/p>\n

Once a year our children send a care package for our missionary to Africa, Ms. Fina Linan. Please encourage your children to bring something for her. Sample items: kecap, Japanese curry\/spices, Indonesian bumbu, beef jerky, etc.<\/p>\n

3)Third Sunday is BIBLE HUNT SUNDAY ~ AUGUST 16<\/p>\n

5)Fifth Sunday is THE ARK STORE SUNDAY ~ AUGUST 30<\/p>\n

We welcome donations for the ARK Store; please bring them to church by August 23. Next donation will be in November.<\/p>\n

Redeem your points at the store! Remember the store hours are from 11:15 – 11:45 AM. <\/b>All sales are final. Please note that some of the merchandise are used and we are not responsible of what the children redeem at the store.
