1. We would like to welcome everyone who joins our service. May the Lord bless us all the days of our life! Everybody is invited to join our service every Sunday, as well as other fellowships and activities. After the service, please stay for some refreshments and fellowship in the kitchen area.

2. To all retreat participants, please take the information paper either from: Megawati, Riawati or Alvin at the registration desk. For those who have not paid the fee, please do so as soon as possible. You may find the session and workshop’s topics posted on the bulletin board.

3. The church subsidized approximately $10,000 for the upcoming Thanksgiving Retreat to cover the shortage of the cost. For those who are burdened to support, you may write a note on the check “2016 retreat”.

4. 1st and 2nd quarter of the financial Statement is available and posted on the bulletin board. If you have any questions, please contact our treasurer.

5. We would like to ask everybody, especially the children, to pay attention to the cleanliness of the church, to not leave any leftover food or drink anywhere, instead throw them in the trash can. Please do not eat/drink in the library as well.

6. There won’t be any South & East Bay Fellowship in the month of November due to Thanksgiving Retreat. Instead, we will have a Christmas combined fellowship on December 3.

7. Our end of year programs:

  • Thanksgiving Retreat from November 24 – 26 at RCP.
  • Young Adult Christmas Celebration (combined with SF) on December 16 at 7:00 PM in SJ.
  • General Christmas Celebration (combined with SF) on December 24 at 5:00 PM in SJ (ES & IS have their own celebration).
  • Combined Christmas Service on December 25 at 10:00 AM.
  • New Year’s Eve Fellowship on December 31 at 6:00 PM.

 1. Program: retreat (participant, speakers & committees) and Christmas (committees, drama practice & people who attend).
 2. Growth: spirituality of the congregation, the attendance at the worship service and people who are saved.
 3. Congregation: who is sick (Brian Tan), pregnant (Myrna, Carolina & Sharon), students, professionals, and those who are struggling.
 4. Mission: friends and family members who are not saved yet, Missionary Fina Linan (Burkina Faso) and Dana & Karen Ostby (Indonesia).
 5. Government: California, Indonesia (after the riots in Jakarta, combating corruption) and US (political stability and the new elected president, Trump).
