ANNOUNCEMENT
1. We would like to welcome everyone who joins our service. May the Lord bless us all the days of our life! Everybody is invited to join our service every Sunday, as well as other fellowships and activities. After the service, please stay for some refreshments and fellowship in the kitchen area.
2. There will be Family Small Group Meeting today at 12:00 PM. Please come on time.
3. The Children Ministry together with the Library Committee will once again have A Summer Reading Program starting from June 11 to August 20. We hope all parents will encourage your children to join this activity. Please contact Seniwati Hung (seni123@gmail.com), Devina Tandrawarsito (devina.t@gmail.com) or directly go to the Library between 11.45 – 12.30 PM every Sunday.
4. The Children Ministry will have An Evangelism Explosion Training for teachers on Friday, August 11 from 5:00 – 8:30 PM and Saturday, August 12 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at church. This training is free of charge and open to all teachers and congregation. We only ask you to pay $ 12.00 for the materials. We encourage everybody to join the training so that you can be equipped in knowing how to evangelize the children. You may register to Seniwati Hung (seni123@gmail.com) or Alvin Wijaya (alvin.adrian.wijaya@gmail.com) the latest by today. Meal and childcare will be provided during the training. At this time there are 11 people that have registered. The EE class for 3rd – 5th grade will start on September 2017 to March 2018.
5. The Mission Trip to Indonesia (Padang & Selat Panjang Islands) is on August 24 – 27. There are 21 people in the group and the 4 participants from SJ are Himawan Brasali, Paul Tjam, Rini Buntaran, and Elianne Tjam. Please pray for the team’s preparation and health.
6. The Thanksgiving Retreat will be on November 23 – 25 at the Crowne Plaza in Sacramento. The registration will start next Sunday (July 16) and we hope everybody can register as soon as possible. The cost is as follow:
