ANNOUNCEMENT
1. We would like to welcome everyone who joins our service. May the Lord bless us all the days of our life! Everybody is invited to join our service every Sunday, as well as other fellowships and activities. After the service, please stay for some refreshments and fellowship in the kitchen area.
2. The Family Small Group Meeting is today at 12:00 PM on the 2nd Please arrive on time.
3. Praise the Lord, the Kid’s EE Training went well last Friday and Saturday (August 11 – 12). May God use all the teachers and participants to teach the kids so they can bring their friends to know and accepted Jesus. Thank you for all your support for this training.
4. Stephen Hosea is currently in Indonesia to teach Family Crisis Counseling at STT Iman, lead the Evangelistic Meeting at Siantar & Medan and the mission trip to Padang & Selat Panjang Island. He will be back on August 30. Mrs. Esther Hosea will be joining the mission trip then continue to teach Church Music at STT Pelita Dunia. Please pray and remember them together with the mission team. The San Jose Congregation that will join the mission trip is Himawan Brasali, Paul Tjam, Rini Buntaran and Elianne Tjam.
5. The Thanksgiving Retreat will be on November 23 – 25 at the Crowne Plaza in Sacramento and the theme is “Finding Balance in Life”. The speaker will be Ev. Kalvin & Tantiani Budiman and Tim Leung. The cost is as follow:

 PRAYER ITEMS FOR THE WEEK:
 1. Growth: the number of the attendees, who believe in God and in spiritual (love, worship, ministry & read/studying Bible).
 2. Facility committee: commitment and the team’s spirit and people who are willing to serve in this area.
 3. Congregation: those who are sick, pregnant (Stefani Subiantoro, Irine Lie, Devina Tandrawarsito & Felicia Gunawan) and who struggle (family, study, work, soulmate, health etc).
 4. Country: Indonesia (economic growth & harmony between political parties) and US (President Trump & his cabinet).
