ANNOUNCEMENT
1. We would like to welcome everyone who joins our service. May the Lord bless us all the days of our life! Everybody is invited to join our service every Sunday, as well as other fellowships and activities. After the service, please stay for some refreshments and fellowship in the kitchen area.
2. Congratulations to Ferliana and Rudy Martono, and Mr. & Mrs. Suwandy Martono for the safe arrival of their first son & grandson, Samuel Oliver Martono, on November 28th. May the Lord Jesus bless Samuel’s health and growth and the recovery of Ferliana.
3. Young Adults Christmas Celebration (SJ & SF Combined) will be held here on Friday, December 7th at 7:00p.m. (start with dinner). Events: praise and worship, short devotions, gift exchange – white elephant (min $10 and wrap with newspaper). Invite all young adults & professionals to participate.
4. There will be a Holy Communion next week, Dec 9th. Please be prepared and join us for the last Communion this year. You may bring your tithe to the Lord as well next week.
5. The combined EBF & SBF Christmas Fellowship will be held on Saturday, December 8th at 5.00 p.m. at the residence of Sinta & Freddy Walla. The address: 21518 Saratoga Heights Drive, Saratoga, CA 95070. After the fellowship there will be games (gifts exchange, Bible trivia, etc.). Gift exchange minimum $10 and no perishable items. 6. IEC SJ & SF combined Christmas celebration will be held on Saturday, December 15th at 5.00 p.m. English Service: “Precious Gift” drama and the speaker is Rev. Matthew Blevins. Indonesian Service: “Natal Tanpa Yesus” drama and the speaker is Rev. Hengkie Tjahjadi. Children Service: Puppet Show. Please use the flyer provided to invite family and friends.
7. Praise God, Christmas Carolling team already has 4 families to be visited on December 22nd. Please pray for the good weather, health, carolling team ministry, and families to be visited so they can experience the joy of Christmas.
8. Our Christmas Sunday Service (IS & ES combined), baptism and child dedication ceremony will be held on Dec. 23rd at 10:00 am. Encouraging the congregation to attend to celebrate the Lord’s Day and witnessing those who are baptized.
9. End of Year event will be held on Monday, December 31st, starting at 9:00 p.m. We will pray together at 12.00 a.m. Let us thank Him for His guidance and pray for God’s help for 2019. 10. The last class (5th) of the Personal Finance Seminar by the Pemuda Professional Team with Himawan & Liliana Brasali will be held today, Dec. 2nd at 1.00 to 3.00 p.m. in ES room. Please be there on time.
11. The Facility Team needs male and female, young or adult to join the team to serve together. Everyone only has to serve once a month. Let us work together to maintain the cleanliness of our church. Please contact Hidayat, Jeh, or Rev. Timotius.
12. To those who want to be baptized, dedicate their children, or become an official member of the church on the Christmas Service Dec. 23rd, please contact Rev. Timotius to fill out the form. On December 16th there will be a briefing and meeting (prospective members, those to be baptized and parents) with the Deacons at 12.00 – 12:30 p.m.
