Thank you for joining the online Sunday Service, Prayer Meeting, Young Adult Fellowship, and Bible Study groups faithfully during this shelter in place. Please check the latest announcement of church re-opening on website.

IEC San Jose will start in-person services next week, November 1st. at 10AM. Max capacity for ES is 25 people and IS is 38 people. If you plan come to church, please register yourself. Registration link and the re-opening protocol are posted on church website. Sunday School classes, prayer meeting, young adult fellowship, and small groups will temporary continue meeting online/Zoom. The plan to start at church is on December. For those cannot come in-person, temporary may join the services live-streaming at https://youtube.com/iecusa . IEC Sacramento is still waiting for the County announcement.

As for giving an offering, you may use one of these two ways:

a).  Write and send a check to: Indonesian Evangelical Church (respective church/treasurer address)

b). Transfer through Zelle (based on your membership): sjc.gift@gii-usa.org, sfo.gift@gii-usa.org or sac.gift@gii-usa.org.

By next week you may bring it to church and drop it in the box provided.

Next week, November 1st is the Daylight Savings Time Ends. Please set clocks back 1 hour before bed Saturday night, October 31st. Enjoy your extra 1 hour sleep and prepare for the worship service.

IThe loan amount for purchasing a house for IEC SF is $ 524.000 (to meet the need of Sunday School classes, Bible study groups, etc). If you want support the repayment of this loan, you may send it through Zelle or a check to church with a note for “SF Building Fund”.  The offering received last week (SJ & SF) is $ 1,290.00. Total received up-to-date is $ 35,681.00. Thank you for your support. May Jesus, the Head of the Church bless you.

Congregation: sick and in recovery: Aan Juliana, Daniel Atmadja, Myrna Huang, Emma Teonadi (daughter of Fransisca & Hidayat), and Hamdani Kurnia (Aldo’s dad in Jakarta).  Those who are pregnant: Stefani Subiantoro, Lavinia Harjono, and Jennifer Idris. Those looking for a job.

Covid-19 pandemic: family or friends affected (in hospital or self-isolation), or who lost their jobs or loved ones. Doctors, nurses and health care workers.

Mission: missionary Fina Linan (Burkina Faso), Dana & Karina Ostby (Indo), and 20/21 mission budget.

Governments: California, Indonesia, United States, and others in fighting the Covid-19 pandemic. Safety and calmness before, during, and after the US election in November and local leader election in Indonesia in December.
