As we are stepping into another great blessing in 2015, we wish all of you a wonderful
New Year! May each day in 2015 encourage us to further seek our Father’s Kingdom.
We thank you for bringing your children to the Children Ministry at the Indonesian Evangelical Church San Jose.
We love serving you and your children, and looking forward to seeing you every Sunday! Special thanks to you who have made donations to the Children Ministry – may God bless you abundantly!
HEALTH GUIDELINES
For the health and safety of all children and teachers, please follow this guideline:http://bit.ly/IEC-SJ-Health
Happy Birthday to Emma Teonadi and Lisa Hung! They will receive 200 points which can be redeemed at the ARK Store.
Goodie bags will be distributed after class with chips inside. Chips reminds us of Indonesian “kerupuk” or Malaysian “keropok” as we will pray for people in Indonesia and Malaysia, especially of those whose families were lost in the flight. We would encourage parents to pray with the children every day.
Second Sunday is MAKING A DIFFERENCE SUNDAY ~ January 11
Every 3rd Sunday you will find jelly beans in small containers and a question on a piece of paper. You just need to write your name and answer the question by using the numbers based on the clues below. The first student to
answer correctly can bring the container home. To give the opportunity to other students, please write your name only ONCE. Clues for January: Genesis 1:16 and Matthew 4:18
Fourth Sunday is ATTENDANCE SUNDAY ~ January 25
The Attendance Sunday reward (10 points) will be given to students who come on all four Sundays in a row (on the first, second, third, and fourth Sundays). We do not count the 5th Sunday.
