No Fellowship Due to Retreat

Welcome to our Sunday service. If you are first time joining us, welcome! Hope you will join us again next week. Please invite your family and friends to join our Sunday service or fellowship so that they may hear the word of God and be blessed. 

Praise the Lord! There are 158 participants that will be joining the Thanksgiving Retreat. The committee will send retreat information to all participants via email. If you are burdened to support some of the retreat expense totaling around $10,000, please include a note in your offering “Retreat 2024”.

Operation Christmas Child Box will be collected today at the desk in front of the ES Room. We pray that through the gifts received by the underprivileged children or orphans in various countries, it will bring God’s love, joy and peace of Christmas to them.

The Children’s Ministry Committee needs help of 1 teacher and 5 teaching assistants for children aged 2 – 4 years old, 4 – 6 years old and elementary school grades 1 – 2. Please contact Sansan at sanmelissa@gmail.com if anyone is willing to help or has questions about this.

Our condolences for the passing of Mrs. Ong Bek Bie (90 years old), the aunt of Mazmur Wong in Surabaya on November 18. May God’s comfort and strength be given to the entire grieving family.

• December 6: Young Adult Christmas Celebration at 7:00 pm at church with White Elephant Gift.
• December 7: Combined East & South Bay Christmas Celebration at 4:30 pm at the residence of Fei Fei & Mazmur Wong with gift exchange.
• December 14: Christmas Caroling starting in the late afternoon.
• December 21: Combined IEC SF & SJ Christmas Celebration in San Jose at 4:00 pm with children’s musical drama, combined choir etc.
• December 22: Combined IS & ES Christmas Service with child dedication, baptism and acceptance of new members.
• December 31: End of Year Fellowship at 6:00 pm with short message, sharing and games.

Ministry: pastors, deacons, committees, our headquarter church in New Jersey and all of our West Coast churches (LA, SF, SJ, Sac. & SD).

Congregation: those who are sick/in recovery (Herman Yudi’s mom), pregnant, looking for a job, and who are struggling in their lives.

World: conflict in the Middle East, Russia – Ukraine war, economy dan world peace in general.

Government: California, Indonesia (President Prabowo & his cabinet) and the U.S. (winter/typhoon/snow in some areas and the transition period of the new government).
